Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website, run by RepairGuys Service Center, 38-03 21st St, Long Island City, NY 11101. In short: the site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies.
What this website collects
- Nothing is collected automatically by us. The site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and sets no cookies.
- When you press Send request on the appointment form, the details you entered (name, phone, optional email, service, preferred time, and description) are sent through EmailJS, an email delivery service, to our inbox at info@repairguysservicecenter.com. The form also saves the time of your last request in your browser to stop accidental repeat sends. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
- If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It never leaves your device.
Information you send us
- If you text, call, or email us at info@repairguysservicecenter.com, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number, vehicle details, and the problem you describe. Texts travel through your mobile carrier to the shop’s phone; emails are delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox.
- We use it only to reply to you, schedule your appointment, and do the work you approve. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
- To ask what we have from you, or to ask us to delete your messages, call the shop or email info@repairguysservicecenter.com.
Third parties
- Fonts and images load from this website itself. Nothing loads from another company when you open a page.
- EmailJS (emailjs.com) receives the appointment form when you send it and delivers it to our inbox. Its privacy policy: https://www.emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy/
- Google Maps loads only if you press “Load map”. Links to Google Maps, our Google Business Profile, and the NYS DMV open those sites, which follow their own privacy policies.
- Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, and page requested) for security and reliability.
Children
- This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
- If the site starts collecting anything new, such as analytics or a form that submits to a server, we will update this page before that change goes live.
